November 12th: Hands-on Holiday Prime Rib Class with the Butchers

In this hands-on class with butchers Shad and Will, you'll learn all there is about prepping and cooking your own holiday prime rib. 

Class includes an 8 lb bone-in prime rib roast to be prepped, dressed, and vacuum sealed for your holiday meal. 

Come hungry! You'll be eating plenty of prime rib prepared by Shad and Will.

Date: Tuesday, November 12th, 6:30 pm 

Location: Mosida Market Kitchen above the Lehi butcher shop

Price: $295 per couple or $210 per person (cost includes an 8 lb bone-in prime rib roast)
