When you make a deposit online for a quarter, half, or whole beef, we call to review the cut list and answer questions. Half and whole beef orders may be customized.

Grass-Finished shares are $5.25 per pound based on the hanging carcass weight. Finished yield may vary.

Beef share orders ready for pickup in 3-4 weeks.
