Brisket is one of those cuts that can be incredible if cooked correctly. In this hands-on class, you'll learn from Rory how to trim, prep, and properly season a brisket for success time and time again.

**Price of the class includes your own brisket that you will prep and then take home vacuum-sealed, ready to cook at your convenience. Students will need to bring their own knives for the hands-on portion of the class.
