10 lb box:

4 lbs ground beef

1 lb bacon

1 lb sausage

1 lb steak (cube or sirloin) 

3 lbs roast

20 lb box:

8 lbs ground beef

2 lbs bacon

2 lbs sausage

2 lbs steak (cube or sirloin)

2 - 3 lbs roasts

*Chicken may be substituted for a roast. Please detail in notes.
