March 31st: Breaking Down 1/2 a Beef with the Butchers

We're taking you into the cutting room for this unique experience. You'll watch (and help!) the butchers break down an entire half of beef into the cuts as you know them. Learn which cut comes from where and how many are on a single beef.

 

Date: March 31st 3 pm - 5 pm

Location: Class will begin in the Mosida Market Kitchen (Located above the butcher shop)

Price: $65/ person (Save 15% when you sign up for two seats)

*Maximum of 10 students
