The difference between good tacos and great tacos is simple! This class will help you take your taco game to the next level! We will discuss selecting the correct cuts of meat and seasonings. Also, we will discuss different methods to cook your meat to perfection. Lastly, we will cover the perfect toppings, like salsa, guacamole and sauces to really bring your taco together!

Instructor Bio: Rory loves food! It doesn’t matter if it is fast food of a fancy sit-down restaurant, Rory loves it! He also loves cooking and feeding friends and family! Over the last 8 years he has worked full-time for Traeger, where he is able to share is love for all things BBQ & Grilling.
