April 28th: All Things Steak with the Butchers

In this highly requested class you'll learn all about steak and get a behind the scenes look at how we bring top quality steak to our customers every day. 

Our butchers Will and Shad will help you explore high and low end cuts of steak as well as varying cooking methods.  Come hungry -- you'll be prepping, cooking, and eating plenty of steak.
