Learn how to pickle a variety of vegetables (jalapeños, green beans, and asparagus) using Melyssa Save's family recipe. This recipe has won 8 county fair blue ribbons in 3 states and gets RAVE reviews every time. 

Each person will go home with 2 pints of pickled veggies plus the recipe and knowledge needed to safely water-bath your own pickled veggies from start to finish going forward. 

Menu: Picked jalapenos, green beans, and asparagus

Date: April 22nd, 10 am - 2 pm

Location: Mosida Market Kitchen (located above Lehi butcher shop)

Price: $75 per student (covers cost of canning jars and supplies)
